Use of the site

Eligibility and access

By accessing or using BDG Win at bdgwinindia.in.net (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable Indian law. Access to the Site is permitted on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend any service or feature without notice and without liability. Users accessing the Site from jurisdictions where such services are restricted do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

Permitted use

You agree to use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. Prohibited conduct includes transmitting spam or unsolicited promotional content; attempting unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its networks; introducing viruses, trojans, or other malicious code; scraping or data-mining content without our prior written consent; and impersonating any person or entity. Any breach of these conditions may result in immediate termination of your access at our sole discretion.

Account and payment responsibility

If you register an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use. Payment transactions processed through UPI-enabled platforms such as PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), or BHIM are governed by those platforms' own terms and privacy policies. BDG Win does not store or control payment credentials submitted to those services and is not liable for any dispute, delay, or failure arising from those third-party payment gateways. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure.

Intellectual property

Ownership of content

All content published on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of BDG Win or its content suppliers and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (as amended), the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and applicable international intellectual property conventions to which India is a party. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of any Site content may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Indian law.

Licence to users

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission, nor to use the BDG Win name, logo, or trademarks in any manner likely to cause confusion or that disparages us. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by BDG Win.

User-submitted content

If you submit, post, or upload any content to the Site, including comments, feedback, or suggestions, you grant BDG Win a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute that content in any media. You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights. All other trademarks, product names, and company logos cited on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification purposes only.
